Job Title: Holiday Planning CoordinatorDescription

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Holiday Planning Coordinator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning and booking holidays for clients.

Your duties will include researching and creating customized itineraries, booking flights, hotels, and other travel arrangements, handling client inquiries, and maintaining accurate records.

To succeed in this role, you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational and time management skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

You will also be expected to stay up-to-date on travel trends and destinations to provide clients with the best possible options.

Responsibilities
  • Research and create customized holiday itineraries for clients.
  • Book flights, hotels, and other travel arrangements.
  • Handle client inquiries and provide support throughout the booking process.
  • Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and client communications.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless delivery of holiday packages.
Requirements

Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience: 6 months of experience in travel planning, hospitality, or customer service.

Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational and time management skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Other Requirements: Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, attention to detail, commitment to providing outstanding customer service, passion for travel and willingness to learn about new destinations.
