Education Professional:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated education professional to fill the position of Subject Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a strong educational background and be able to plan, prepare and deliver instructional activities that facilitate student learning.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified education professional to take on a key role in shaping the educational experience of our students. As a Subject Specialist, you will be responsible for creating engaging lesson plans, identifying and selecting appropriate resources, and setting homework to consolidate and extend student knowledge and understanding.

Main Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective instructional strategies that meet the needs of our students.
• Assess and evaluate student progress, identifying areas of strength and weakness.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and develop new ideas.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in education, incorporating new technologies and methodologies into teaching practices.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes academic achievement and personal growth.
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians, keeping them informed about student progress and any concerns that may arise.

Requirements:

The successful candidate will hold a minimum Education level of B.A(Hons)/Master Degree and have a proven track record of delivering high-quality educational outcomes.
