Job Description:

As an Education Counselor (UK, Europe and Australia) at our Lahore office, you will play a pivotal role in assisting students in their pursuit of studying abroad. This role involves a variety of responsibilities, including but not limited to:

1. Student Counseling:

  • Conducting one-on-one counseling sessions with students aspiring to study in the UK and Australia.
  • Providing expert guidance on course selection, universities, and academic pathways.
  • Addressing student inquiries and concerns, ensuring a smooth transition to international education.
  • Preparing proposals tailored to individual student profiles.
  • Submitting client applications in a timely and organized manner.

2. Portal and Data Management:

  • Efficiently managing student data and documentation in the internal portal.
  • Ensuring accurate and up-to-date records of student applications, progress, and outcomes.

3. Visa Application and Documentation:

  • Guiding students through the visa application process for the UK, Europe and Australia .
  • Assisting in the preparation of visa application documents.
  • Ensuring all visa-related processes are carried out effectively.

4. Statement of Purpose (SOP) and CV Preparation:

  • Assisting students in crafting effective Statements of Purpose (SOP) and CVs to enhance their applications.
  • Ensuring that SOPs and CVs reflect the student's abilities and aspirations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Proven experience in education, counseling and student guidance, preferably for UK, Europe and Australia.
  • Excellent communication skills and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in document preparation and visa application procedures.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • A passion for helping students achieve their academic and career goals.
