Commercial Growth Strategist

We are seeking an accomplished Commercial Growth Strategist to spearhead business expansion initiatives in the Courier and Cargo Services industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop innovative strategies to increase customer base through targeted outreach and partnerships.
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners, driving revenue growth and brand loyalty.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities, leveraging market trends and competitor analysis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth, focusing on strategic planning, execution, and optimization.
  • Analyze financial data to inform business decisions, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Design and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed business targets, demonstrating adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports as required, ensuring transparency and accountability throughout the organization.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • A graduate degree from a reputable institution, preferably in a field such as business administration, marketing, or economics.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, partners, and colleagues.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meeting tight deadlines and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and develop effective solutions.
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, with the ability to leverage data analytics tools to drive business insights.
  • Able to travel frequently, with flexibility to adapt to changing business needs.
