Role Overview

This on-site role for Salon Manager will oversee daily operations, manage staff and ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Schedule appointments, maintain inventory, oversee safety and cleanliness, train staff and deliver high-quality service.
Key Responsibilities

Leading and motivating the team to achieve exceptional results in delivering top-notch services.

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Recruit and onboard new staff members, providing comprehensive training to enhance their skills and abilities.
  • Monitor performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective measures.
Requirements
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with clients and staff.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.
