Operations Manager

The key objective of this role is to oversee the entire fabrication process of new containers, ensuring that they meet the required standards. This includes the surface preparation of the containers, which involves thorough cleaning and removal of any impurities.
In addition to fabrication, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing wood works required during the manufacturing process. This includes installation of plumbing and electrical items, which necessitates a strong understanding of these systems.
Strong leadership skills are essential in this role, as the ability to lead a team of skilled laborers is crucial to achieving the desired outcomes. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling them to effectively collaborate with colleagues and manage conflicts that may arise.
