The Key Account Growth Specialist is responsible for driving utilization of our platform and enabling clients to achieve their goals. They communicate value through casual and formal interactions, drive retention, and identify growth opportunities.
- Engage with clients to drive adoption and utilization of our platform
- Drive value realization through interactions that communicate the value achieved through our solutions
- Care for client health and experience, ensuring a smooth onboarding process
- Identify growth opportunities aligned to helping clients achieve their goals
- Partner with internal stakeholders to solve client escalations and ensure timely resolution of issues
- Act as an internal advocate for clients, identifying referenceable clients and business development opportunities
- Proficiency in both English languages (written and verbal)
- 3+ years of prior experience in a customer-facing role
- Customer Success or Account Management experience
- Ability to manage a book of business proactively and independently
- Proven track record of successfully growing the book of business through renewals and mitigating churn
- Demonstrate critical thinking skills and adaptability
- Strong grasp of SaaS applications
