Business Growth Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Growth Specialist to spearhead our sales initiatives. This role will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships, and driving revenue growth through various online platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to drive sales pipeline growth via LinkedIn and other online channels.
  • Identify and connect with potential clients, fostering strong business relationships and converting leads into long-term partnerships.
  • Optimize company profiles on Upwork and other freelancing platforms to increase visibility and attract high-quality clients.
  • Craft compelling proposals tailored to client requirements and submit them in a timely manner.
  • Conduct regular bidding on relevant projects across Upwork categories, maintaining a high win ratio through effective negotiation and pitch-crafting skills.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, negotiate terms, and close deals.
  • Develop and implement strategies to convert leads into long-term clients, focusing on relationship-building and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and deliver customized sales presentations tailored to client needs.
  • Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed revenue targets, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Monitor market trends and identify new opportunities for business growth, staying ahead of the competition.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in CRM tools, providing valuable insights for future strategy development.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role, with a strong track record in meeting sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Expertise in leveraging LinkedIn for lead generation and client acquisition, with a deep understanding of its capabilities and limitations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a remote environment, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite, with the ability to quickly learn new software and systems.
