Psychometric Testing Specialist

An ideal candidate for this role will have a Master’s degree in Behavioral Sciences (Psychology) and 2-3 years of experience in aptitude testing tool development. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing the database of beneficiaries/clients, conducting research surveys, data entry, and record maintenance, as well as preparing reports and proposals for prospective clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Database Management: Develop and manage the database of beneficiaries/clients to ensure accurate and efficient record-keeping.
  • Research Surveys: Conduct, implement, coordinate, and facilitate research surveys, data entry, and record maintenance to gather valuable insights and inform decision-making.
  • Reporting and Proposals: Prepare comprehensive reports/publications and input for the website development and image building of the organization, prepare testing service proposals for prospective clients to showcase expertise and build relationships.
  • Liaison and Coordination: Liaise and coordinate with stakeholders of concern and networking to foster collaboration and drive business growth.
  • Testing Process Oversight: Oversee the testing process flow chart to ensure quality, timely execution, and judicious resource utilization.
  • Website Maintenance: Update and maintain program/organization websites, blogs, and e-learning services to provide engaging content and enhance user experience.
  • Battery of Tests: Develop a battery of tests with multiple versions to assess various skills and knowledge areas.
  • Applicant Information: Maintain applications and relevant information of test applicants and provide them with necessary information to support their journey.
  • Online Testing: Coordinate with IT staff at the organization for the conduct of online testing to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Resource Mobilization: Develop brochures, leaflets, resource mobilization, and image-building material to promote the organization and attract top talent.
  • Scheduling and Reporting: Schedule and report on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Data Collection Tools: Work on developing data collection tools, collect data, and prepare draft reports as required to inform business decisions.
Job Specification:

Education: MS/Phil of Behavioral Sciences (Psychology)

Experience: 2-3 years of working experience in Aptitude Testing Tool Development.
