About the Role

Pioneer a dynamic team in the telecommunications industry as an Assistant Chief Executive Officer. This senior leadership position requires strategic thinking, operational expertise, and strong communication skills to drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the CEO to develop and implement company vision, mission, and long-term strategy. Ensure alignment with overall business objectives and monitor progress toward key goals.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee day-to-day operations across all departments, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness. Foster a culture of innovation and customer-centricity within the organization.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, industry standards, and best practices. Stay ahead of technological advancements in the telecommunications sector.
  • Member and Customer Engagement: Support the CEO in handling corporate communications, public relations, and government relations.
  • Financial Management: Work closely with the CEO and CFO to prepare budgets, financial forecasts, and performance reports. Identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize resource allocation.
  • Team Leadership: Develop and mentor a high-performing leadership team, promoting collaboration, innovation, and customer satisfaction.
  • Industry Representation: Represent the organization at state and federal levels, enhancing visibility through industry events, conferences, and forums.
