Key Position: Front Desk Officer
About the Role- Our team is looking for a skilled and experienced Front Desk Officer to join our professional environment.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring patients and visitors are greeted in a polite, prompt, and helpful manner.
- Manage appointments effectively, using communication devices as required.
- Place orders and coordinate with the Food Services Department regarding patient meal trays.
- Coordinate referrals and transfers of patients as needed.
- Process cash receipts and payments accurately.
- Maintain data and keep records according to institutional guidelines.
- Offer administrative support to the unit.
- Ensure tidiness and cleanliness of the reception area.
- Assist in quality audits and provide support to supervisors.
- 1-2 years of front desk or customer service experience preferred.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications like Microsoft Office.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Remain calm and patient in stressful situations.
- Problem-solve using creative thinking skills.
- Willingsness to work in COVID wards and critical patient care areas.
- Flexibility to work in shifts.
