Job Title: IT Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an IT Marketing Specialist. The successful candidate will have a strong background in marketing and recruitment, with experience in promoting consultants on the bench.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Director to develop and implement effective marketing strategies for consultants on the bench.
  • Utilize company processes and procedures to effectively market consultants on the bench.
  • Provide regular updates on submissions to the Marketing Director.
  • Maintain accurate records of consultant profiles and interviews.
  • Design and implement an overall recruiting strategy.
  • Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
  • Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives.
  • Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to relevant job boards.
  • SOURCE AND RECRUIT CANDIDATES USING DATABASES AND SOCIAL MEDIA.
  • Screen candidates' resumes and job applications.
  • Conduct interviews using reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods.
  • Evaluate applicants' knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.
  • Onboard new employees to ensure they become fully integrated.
  • Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices.
  • Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports.
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships.
