
IT Project Coordinator

- Leadership Role: Provide guidance and direction to project teams to ensure timely completion of software development projects.
- Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including project schedules, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Determining operational objectives by studying business requirements and evaluating output requirements and formats.
- Ensuring that teams have appropriate product and technical specifications, direction, and resources to deliver products effectively.
- Defining project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases, and elements.
- Demonstrating leadership abilities to clients with the deployment of software upgrades, enhancements, and fixes.
- Providing a software development plan that meets the future needs of clients and markets, based on state-of-the-art technologies.
- Coordinating with clients for business requirements and project implementation related activities.
- Coordinating release and sprint planning.
- Conducting daily scrum meetings.
- Helping developers resolve both technical problems as well as human resources issues.
- Providing leadership and guidance to coach, motivate, and lead team members to their optimum performance levels and career development.
- Preparing technical reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in software development project management.
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Knowledge of software development environments, UML tools, and software measurement techniques.
- Experience with distributed teams and software lifecycle management.
