International Project Coordinator Position

We are seeking an experienced project coordinator to join our team, responsible for managing international projects and ensuring their successful delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies, as well as excellent communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage international projects, coordinating with project managers and cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion and alignment with project goals.
  • Develop and implement project management strategies and best practices to improve project efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including timelines, status reports, and budgets, to track project progress and performance.
  • Facilitate communication between project managers and stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
  • Analyze project performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize project processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Telecommunications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in project coordination or operational support, preferably in the telecommunications industry.
  • Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies, including familiarity with project management software tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with ability to interact effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to organize and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment, ensuring deadlines met without compromising quality.
  • Demonstrated experience working on international projects, including a strong cultural awareness and sensitivity.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other project management tools, with a focus on data analysis and reporting capabilities.
