Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Customer Support Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support via live chat.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound chats and emails from potential customers and engineers, responding to sales and customer service inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide assistance with answering general questions to improve customer satisfaction and increase conversion rates.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions and ensure seamless communication with the wider team.

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with high standards of English language proficiency.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently under pressure.
  • Familiarity with MS Office and internet-based applications.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
