Customer Care Representative (Call Centre)

Timings: Canadian Time Zone (Pakistan Time: 6pm to 2am)

Salary Range: 45,000 - 60,000 PKR/ Month

Position Overview:

We are hiring two Sales Representatives/Customer Care Representatives with a proven background in sales, cold calling, and lead generation. Ideal candidates are excellent communicators, fluent in English, and capable of managing customer inquiries and converting leads effectively.

Responsibilities:
  • Handle outbound sales calls and generate leads.
  • Engage in cold calling and client outreach to build relationships.
  • Provide top-notch customer support and service, ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information about our services.
  • Contribute to customer success by following up and maintaining long-term client relationships.
Requirements:
  • Experience in sales, customer service, and lead generation.
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
  • Strong skills in client engagement, relationship-building, and problem-solving.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Previous experience in cold calling and managing customer interactions.
