Senior Technical Project Lead

We are seeking a seasoned technical project lead to manage and deliver high-quality software projects in an Agile environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in software development, hands-on experience with Agile frameworks, and a track record of managing complex technical projects.

  • The role involves leading cross-functional teams, ensuring successful delivery of software solutions, and aligning with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Project Management: Manage multiple technical projects through the entire project lifecycle, from planning and requirements gathering to execution and delivery.
  2. Develop detailed project plans: scope, timelines, resources, and risk management strategies.
  3. Drive Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and sprint reviews.
  4. Collaborate with stakeholders: product managers, developers, QA engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
  5. Monitor project progress: using Agile tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar project management software.

Agile Leadership: Promote Agile best practices and principles within the team, mentor junior team members, and continuously assess and improve team productivity, collaboration, and efficiency.

Software Development Collaboration: Provide technical guidance to development teams, collaborate with engineering leads, and ensure code quality, performance, and security standards during development cycles.

Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships with internal stakeholders, business teams, and external partners, providing regular updates to senior leadership on project progress, risks, and deliverables.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • 6–8 years of overall experience in project management, with at least 2–3 years of hands-on software development experience.
  • Proven expertise in Agile methodologies, with the ability to lead Agile teams and ceremonies effectively.
  • Strong technical foundation with experience in software development, code review, and architecture discussions.
