Email Marketing Specialist

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Email & SMS Marketing Manager to lead our email marketing team and drive the successful delivery of our CRM marketing strategy.

  • Develop and execute email campaigns that align with marketing goals and objectives, ensuring timely and effective communication with our audience.
  • Analyze campaign performance using metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates to inform data-driven decisions.
  • Manage and segment email lists to target specific audiences effectively, resulting in improved engagement and conversion rates.
Responsibilities
  1. Lead and manage a team of email marketers, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback to ensure team success.
  2. Create and implement lead generation programs to increase our subscriber base, driving business growth and revenue.
  3. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, copywriters, and developers, to create cohesive and engaging email content that meets brand standards.
  4. Ensure all email campaigns comply with industry regulations, including CAN-SPAM and CCPA, maintaining our reputation and trust with customers.
  5. Conduct A/B testing and other optimization techniques to improve email and SMS performance, resulting in increased engagement and conversion rates.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years in email and SMS marketing, with a strong background in HTML and CSS coding for emails.
  • Strong leadership skills and solid experience in managing and leading a team, with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms and tools, including expertise in designing and implementing email templates.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to stakeholders.
