Role Description:

  • We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Email Marketing Specialist to join our team.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads and developing effective email marketing campaigns that engage the audience, nurture leads, and drive conversions.

  • Plan, create, and execute targeted email marketing campaigns that align with business goals and brand voice.
  • Develop and maintain email marketing calendars to ensure timely campaign launches.
  • Build and manage subscriber lists, ensuring proper segmentation for personalization and performance.
  • Design engaging email templates using best practices in layout, mobile responsiveness, and deliverability.
  • Create compelling copy for subject lines, body content, and CTAs.
  • Manage and optimize automated email workflows (e.g. welcome series, re-engagement, cart abandonment).
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions, etc.) and report findings.
