Job Overview

The Operations Specialist will create and implement efficient cloud and software billing operational processes to optimize productivity with minimal manual intervention.

  • Coordinate automated flow of subscriptions, orders, billing, and pricing with key internal stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement cloud and software billing processes for efficiency and accuracy.
  • Analyze billing data and generate reports for informed decision-making and forecasting.
  • Ensure compliance and identify gaps in operational processes.

The ideal candidate will have experience in e-commerce, subscription sales, and management, as well as finance or accounting.

Strong communication skills and the ability to manage escalations professionally are essential.

The role requires ongoing maintenance of documented processes and providing detailed feedback to leadership.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or a related field.
  • E-commerce experience, especially subscription order processing and SaaS application order processing.
  • Experience with Subscription Sales and Management SaaS Platforms or Cloud Brokerage platforms.
  • Finance, accounting, Dynamics AX, and CRM experience is a plus.
