We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Pastry Chef to lead our bakery team in Gujrat, India.


The successful candidate will be responsible for crafting a variety of pastries, cakes, and desserts, managing inventory, training staff, and maintaining high standards of food safety and quality.


  1. Create and prepare pastries, cakes, and desserts according to recipes and customer requests.
  2. Decorate pastries with various icings, toppings, and fillings to ensure visually appealing presentation.
  3. Supervise and train kitchen staff on pastry techniques and procedures.
  4. Manage inventory of ingredients and supplies.
  5. Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards.
  6. Collaborate with team members on menu development.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends and new techniques.

Requirements:
  1. Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role.
  2. Knowledge of pastry techniques including baking, decorating, and glazing.
  3. Creativity and passion for creating visually appealing and delicious pastries.
  4. Strong leadership and training skills.
  5. Understanding of food safety standards.
  6. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  7. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  8. Degree or certification in culinary arts or pastry-making is preferred.
