We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead our kitchen team in Gujrat, India. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for creating innovative menus that showcase regional flavors and seasonal ingredients.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a high-volume restaurant or hotel setting;
  • Strong knowledge of Indian cuisine, as well as international cooking techniques;
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment;
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to work under pressure;
  • Knowledge of current food trends and ability to create unique dishes while staying within budget constraints.

A degree or certification in Culinary Arts is preferred but not essential. Fluency in English is required.
