About the Role
  • We are seeking a professional with at least 3-5 years of experience in managing projects, preferably in the education or development sector.
Key Responsibilities
  • The selected candidate will be responsible for providing day-to-day guidance to team members and ensuring the successful implementation of all project activities.
  • Supervising the establishment of libraries, delivery of training sessions, book development, and dissemination of books and multimedia content.
  • Conducting field visits to monitor progress and make timely adjustments as needed.
  • Reviewing work plans, reports, and completed activities to ensure alignment with project objectives and quality standards.
Requirements
  • A Master's/Bachelor's degree in Education, Development Studies, Public Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Strong leadership, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated experience managing project budgets and reporting.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and experience with project tracking/reporting tools.
  • Ability and willingness to travel frequently across Pakistan.
