Financial Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Bookkeeper to oversee our company's daily financial operations. This role involves managing accounts payable and receivable, as well as payroll and bank account reconciliation tasks.
Key Responsibilities:- Accurately record and process day-to-day financial transactions.
- Reconcile sales taxes, payroll taxes, 401k, and bank accounts on a monthly basis.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial transactions and reports.
- Process and manage accounts receivable and payable efficiently.
- Prepare and send checks as needed.
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of ledgers and accounting principles.
- Collaborate with our accountant as required.
- Effectively manage monthly payroll using accounting software.
- A strong foundation in general accounting principles is essential for this role.
- Proficiency in bookkeeping software such as Xero, Quickbooks, or MYOB is a must.
- An associate's degree in accounting or business administration is highly preferred.
- Minimum two years' experience in bookkeeping, preferably in a business-services environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary for this position.
- Detailed-oriented and accurate in work, with the ability to prepare, review, and understand financial statements.
