Our company is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist with extensive experience in Google Ads and LinkedIn Marketing to take on a challenging role. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of proven expertise in managing client campaigns across multiple platforms, including Paid Ads, Sponsored Content, InMail, and Lead Generation.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, create, and manage complex Paid Ads campaigns
  • Execute and optimize LinkedIn Marketing campaigns, including Sponsored Content, InMail, and Lead Generation
  • Conduct thorough keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to maximize ad performance
  • Develop high-performing ad copies, visuals, and landing page strategies to improve conversion rates
  • Monitor campaign performance, track key metrics, and generate regular reports
  • Use A/B testing strategies to refine campaigns and boost ROI
  • Stay updated with platform changes and industry best practices in digital advertising
  • Collaborate with the content, design, and strategy teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, specifically in Google Ads and LinkedIn Marketing
  • Must have worked in a fast-paced digital marketing agency environment
  • Strong understanding of campaign setup, audience segmentation, bidding strategies, and performance tracking
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and SEMrush
  • Excellent communication, reporting, and analytical skills
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts and meet tight deadlines
