Job Title: Organizational Learning Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated Organizational Learning Manager to oversee the design and execution of training programs that drive business growth and employee development. The ideal candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders to identify learning needs, develop effective solutions, and ensure seamless training delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement comprehensive training strategies aligned with business objectives
  2. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to assess learning needs and recommend tailored solutions
  3. Manage learning projects, including onboarding, technical training, soft skills development, and leadership programs
  4. Evaluate training outcomes and provide actionable insights to inform future program development
  5. Coordinate with external trainers, vendors, and resources to deliver high-quality training experiences
  6. Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional growth throughout the organization
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development
RequirementsQualification and Experience:
  1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field
  2. 3-5 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate setting
  3. Proven track record of developing and implementing effective training programs
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  5. Familiarity with adult learning principles, instructional design, and blended learning techniques
Certification (Preferred):
  1. L&D or HR-related certifications (e.g., CIPD Level 3/5, ATD, SHRM) will be an advantage
