We are looking for an experienced Education Counsellor to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for guiding international students through the process of selecting and applying to education institutions abroad.

About the Role

The Education Counsellor will provide expert guidance and support to students on all aspects of studying abroad, including choosing the right course and institution, navigating visa requirements, and preparing for life as an international student.

You will work closely with students to understand their goals and aspirations, and provide tailored advice and support to help them achieve their objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Counsel prospective students to identify appropriate study options including suitable courses and institutions.
  • Provide expert guidance and support on course selection, institution choice, and visa requirements.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with students and their families.
  • Support students through the admissions, visa and pre-departure processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Educated to bachelor's degree level or equivalent. Experience of working in a sales-driven environment with a strong focus on achieving individual and team-based targets. Knowledge of education institutions, admission processes, immigration requirements and their international operations. Outstanding communication skills and ability to communicate effectively with different stakeholders.
