A Senior Agentic AI Engineer is needed to design, develop, and refine sophisticated multi-step AI systems using frameworks like LangGraph or similar. This expert must implement and innovate on established Agentic AI design patterns, such as ReAct, Self-Correction, Reflection, Planning, Tool Use, and Multi-Agent Collaboration.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for architecting and applying Model-Controller-Policy (MCP) concepts to orchestrate and govern the behavior of multiple agents within a complex system. They will also develop and optimize highly effective prompts and prompt chains employing advanced prompt engineering techniques to elicit desired behaviors from Large Language Models (LLMs).

This role requires a deep understanding of AI, strong theoretical and practical knowledge of various Agentic AI patterns, and demonstrable expertise in advanced prompt engineering. The successful candidate will be proficient with AI-assisted development tools and have a solid grasp of core Computer Science fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, complexity analysis, and networks.

Job Description:
