Senior Data Analyst Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled data specialist to develop sales reporting and analytics solutions for our organization. This role requires a self-motivated professional with attention to detail who can collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver analytical solutions.

Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Designing complex data sets by extracting and cleansing data from various systems, collaborating with teams to establish data pipelines for key performance indicators.
  • Developing and maintaining automated, self-service dashboards using Snowflake and Tableau.
  • Partnering with marketing and sales stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities and developing analytical solutions to streamline reporting.
  • Developing and maintaining operational key performance indicators, marketing performance metrics, and business review slides.
  • Supporting marketing teams with analysis and reporting to drive success.
  • Improving data quality and reliability by understanding the data landscape.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Sales or Marketing Business Intelligence, with familiarity with sales systems.
  • Advanced SQL knowledge with at least 2 years of experience.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Snowflake, Tableau, and other business intelligence tools.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks independently and solve data-related problems.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
