We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Human Resources Recruiter to join our team.

As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment for mid-to-senior level roles across non-technical functions.

You will design and implement proactive sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, and networking to build strong candidate pipelines and maintain relationships with high-potential talent.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with shifting priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business units to understand hiring needs, workforce plans, and role requirements
  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for mid-to-senior level roles
  • Design and implement proactive sourcing strategies
  • Build strong candidate pipelines and maintain relationships with high-potential talent
  • Drive inclusive and equitable hiring practices
  • Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments aligned with role expectations

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on non-technical roles
  • Proven track record in strategic hiring and stakeholder management
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing tools
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
