Lead Finance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced finance professional to lead our financial activities in the Middle East region.

Job Description
  • Lead commercial financial activities, working closely with regional sales teams to identify credit worthiness and manage overall exposure.
  • Partner with commercial teams to deliver business outcomes, supporting the preparation of yearly operational plans.
  • Ensure sustainable predictability of profit and loss throughout the year, including orders, sales, contribution margin, operating margin, and cash management.
  • Collaborate with Order-to-Remittance teams on productivity projects to minimize variable expenses.
  • Review backlog with OTR teams to ensure overall healthiness of inventory.
  • Oversee equipment operations mechanisms, engaging P&L leaders and driving key business initiatives.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
  • CPA/CA/ACCA certification with 5-6 years of post qualification experience in finance.
