Technical Infrastructure Specialist

This position is focused on delivering smooth IT operations and efficient service delivery. We are seeking skillful IT professionals with a strong background in managing technology infrastructure.
The ideal candidate will have experience in managing complex technical environments, including knowledge and expertise in Microsoft technologies such as Windows Operating Systems, Exchange Online, PowerShell scripts, and Active Directory.
The role involves providing technical assistance and troubleshooting to ensure the smooth functioning of IT systems and non-cloud based infrastructure. This includes developing and implementing incident, problem, and change management processes.
The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring network performance, implementing security measures, and configuring automation tools. They will also be expected to provide help desk management and system implementation support.
We are looking for candidates with strong technical backgrounds, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and maintain technology infrastructure to ensure smooth IT operations;
- Develop and implement technical solutions to improve IT service delivery;
- Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for IT systems and non-cloud based infrastructure;
- Monitor network performance and implement security measures;
- Configure automation tools to streamline IT processes;
- Provide help desk management and system implementation support;
- Implement incident, problem, and change management processes.
We are seeking individuals with the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent technology qualification;
- Minimum 2 years of experience in managing complex technical environments;
- PREFERRED certification(s): MCSE, MCSA;
- Degree: Bachelor's;
- Field of Study: Computer Science;
- Certification(s): MCSE, MCSA;
- Language Skills: English;
