About the Role

As a Technical Support Specialist, you will deliver exceptional support via calls and emails, define support processes, and develop our Technical Support function.

You will be responsible for delivering bilingual support in French and English, answering inbound inquiries, analyzing customer requests, and evaluating existing tools to enable scalability.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide bilingual email, chat, and voice support during Pacific Standard Time business hours.
  2. Analyze customer service requests, collect bugs, and relay findings to product and engineering teams.
  3. Evaluate existing tools and collaborate with engineering to develop scalable solutions.

  • Bilingual: Native speaker in French and English (US).
  • Skilled in written communication in both French and English.
  • A natural instinct to empathize with users.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Native or bilingual spoken and written English skills.
