About This Role

We seek a seasoned professional to lead our technical support team and drive all support operations. As a leader, you will build, coach, and direct a team of technical support engineers while establishing best practices for incident response and management.

Develop strategies for handling event-driven architecture, implement effective incident management workflows, and collaborate with leadership to ensure operational excellence.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with over 15 years of technology project experience. Our diverse team collaborates remotely to deliver high-impact solutions.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of technical support engineers to provide coverage from 9 AM to 6 PM CET, including weekends.
  • Establish and enforce incident response protocols and escalation procedures.
  • Oversee critical incident management and personally handle high-severity issues when needed.
  • Define and implement root cause analysis methodologies and follow-up processes.
  • Collaborate with development, operations, and product teams to enhance service quality.
