Office Manager and HR Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Office Manager with Human Resources expertise to lead the launch and daily operations of our new office in Pakistan. The ideal candidate will oversee day-to-day operations, ensure a productive work environment, and lead HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance.

The Office Manager with HR responsibilities will play a pivotal role in establishing and managing our new office in Pakistan. This individual will be responsible for setting up and managing the day-to-day operations of the office, overseeing office logistics, implementing office policies and procedures, and serving as the point of contact for any office-related issues.

The successful candidate will have prior experience in office management and HR roles, ideally in a startup or fast-paced environment. They will possess strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage office operations and HR functions simultaneously. A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field is required.

About the Role:

  • This is a full-time onsite position where you will have the opportunity to drive the culture of the studio.
  • The ideal candidate has prior game dev experience, excellent people skills, business acumen, and an exemplary work ethic.
  • The role requires significant overlap with US business hours to facilitate collaboration with US teams.
  • This role requires on-site collaboration at the designated office location, five days a week, subject to project needs and deliverables.
