Account Executive Position at i2y Express

i2y Express seeks highly motivated Account Executives to join our team and drive business growth through exceptional sales performance.

Responsibilities:
  1. Account Management: Manage existing client relationships, ensure their needs are met, and exceed their expectations.
  2. Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify new business opportunities and execute sales strategies to achieve individual sales targets.
  3. Pre-Sales and Post-Sales Activities: Manage all aspects of pre-sales and post-sales activities, including prospecting, lead generation, order fulfillment, and customer satisfaction.
  4. Regular Communication: Regularly communicate with clients, prospects, internal stakeholders, providing timely updates on sales progress and performance.
Requirements:
  1. Minimum Experience: 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the courier industry.
  2. Essential Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  3. Personal Qualities: Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven, with a strong work ethic and ability to work under pressure.
