Corporate Sales Executive Job Description

This role is for a highly motivated and professional sales executive who will be responsible for identifying new corporate clients, developing strong relations with them, and selling online recruitment solutions.

Responsibilities:
  • Sales Lead Generation: Identify potential clients, generate leads, and increase sales revenue.
  • Presentation and Proposal Development: Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to prospective clients to showcase the value of our online recruitment solutions.
  • Customer Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Business Development: Work with existing and potential customers to achieve sales targets and market share.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Business Administration or Sales Marketing: A degree in business administration or sales marketing from a reputable educational institution.
  • Proven Track Record: Proven track record of building corporate relationships in business development.
  • Minimum 3 Years Experience: Minimum 3 years of working experience in corporate sales.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Highly effective interpersonal skills, including excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Excellent Presentation Skills: Excellent presentation, negotiation, and demonstration skills.
  • Computer and Internet Skills: Excellent computer and internet skills.
  • Ability to Work Independently: Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
