Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Backend Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing high-performance server-side applications using Python and Django. Your primary focus will be on crafting efficient, scalable, and secure backend systems that meet the evolving needs of our clients.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including frontend developers, UX/UI designers, and product managers, to deliver impactful features and functionalities. Your expertise in backend development will play a crucial role in shaping the future of technology and creating innovative solutions that drive success for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, test, and maintain high-quality backend applications using Python and Django.
  • Design and implement RESTful APIs to support front-end development and integration.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features and functionalities.
  • Manage database design and data storage solutions, ensuring high availability and performance.
  • Optimize applications for speed and scalability by identifying bottlenecks and implementing improvements.
  • Conduct code reviews and maintain coding standards to ensure high-quality code.
  • Troubleshoot and debug applications to resolve issues promptly.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related discipline.
  • Proven experience as a Backend Developer, specifically with Python and Django.
  • Strong understanding of web services and RESTful APIs.
  • Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
  • Ability to write reusable, testable, and efficient code.
  • Excellent analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively engage with team members and stakeholders.
