Overseas Placement Manager Position\

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating overseas placement activities, collaborating with international agents, and providing expert advice on recruitment best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing strategies for promoting overseas placements, including market research and analysis.\
  • Liaising with international agents to ensure seamless application processes and maintain strong relationships.\
  • Maintaining accurate reference documents for various regions, including the United States, Canada, Europe, and the Middle East.\
  • Providing detailed information on salary packages, allowances, taxes, accommodation, and travel to potential clients.\
  • Offering professional support and guidance on recruitment matters to line and departmental managers.\
  • Advising managers on effective recruitment and selection methods.\
  • Creating job descriptions and person specifications.\
  • Writing job advertisements and determining the most suitable advertising channels.\
  • Designing or revising application forms, including online processes.\
  • Preparing additional recruitment materials as needed.\
  • Screening applications and shortlisting candidates.\
  • Developing, conducting, and evaluating selection processes, including interviews, psychometric tests, and group activities.\
  • Staying up-to-date with current employment legislation and ensuring line managers are informed of relevant changes.\
  • Organizing selection centers for graduate recruitment and senior positions.\
  • Training staff in interviewing techniques and their roles in selection centers.\
  • Developing plans for relocating staff due to organizational restructuring.\
  • Implementing creative recruitment solutions when necessary.\
  • Managing the overall recruitment process from start to finish.\
  • Evaluating the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and making improvements as needed.\
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure a smooth recruitment process.\
  • Communicating recruitment results to stakeholders.\
  • Maintaining accurate records of recruitment activities.\
