Job Title: Sales Growth Professional

Overview:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for increasing sales by developing and maintaining relationships with customers and clients. Duties may include identifying prospective customers, following up on potential sales leads, and maintaining relationships with existing customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a network of sources from which to identify new sales leads.
  • Communicate with customers and leads to identify and understand their product or service needs; identifies and suggests products and services to meet those needs.
  • Demonstrate the functions and utility of products or services to customers based on their needs.
  • Evaluate customer skills, needs, and build productive long-lasting relationships.
  • Maintain detailed reports of sales activities including calls, orders, sales, lost business, and any customer or vendor relationship problems.

Requirements:

  • Good communicator with the ability to utilize technology effectively and engage with customers and team members.
  • Able to handle customer interactions and potential issues courteously and professionally.
  • Problem solver with a focus on continuous improvement, who is always learning, open to feedback, and takes action as required.
  • Ability to accurately handle cash and learn/use point of sale system.
  • Flexibility, dependability, and integrity.
