Network Administrator Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Network Administrator to join our team. As a Network Administrator, you will be responsible for managing all network and computer-related issues within the organization.

Your primary duties will include providing network support to users, troubleshooting and resolving all Wi-Fi/wireless related problems, and offering computer hardware and printer support.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful as a Network Administrator, you will need to have the following skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience working as a Network Administrator or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in networking protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and VPN.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve network and computer issues promptly.
  • Knowledge of wireless technologies and experience troubleshooting Wi-Fi connectivity problems.
  • Familiarity with computer hardware components and peripherals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
