Customer Success Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Customer Success Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the satisfaction of our clients.

About the Role
  • Client Support: Provide exceptional support to our clients via chat, email, and calls, responding to their queries and concerns with enthusiasm and active listening.
  • KPI Achievement: Achieve set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to response time, handling time, and customer satisfaction, demonstrating your ability to meet and exceed expectations.
  • Issue Identification and Resolution: Identify customer issues, investigate queries, and report improvements, showcasing your analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Platform Knowledge: Continuously learn about platform updates and features, staying up-to-date on the latest developments to provide expert guidance to our clients.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the team to test and improve platform performance, working together to deliver exceptional results.
  • Subject Matter Expertise: Become a subject matter expert on InEvent's product, developing a deep understanding of its capabilities and features.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication skills, as you will interact with clients regularly, building strong relationships and delivering effective solutions.
  2. Collaboration and Knowledge Sharing: Work closely with the team to ensure seamless collaboration and knowledge sharing, fostering a culture of open communication and mutual support.
  3. Passion for Learning: Prioritize your passion and willingness to learn over experience, recognizing that this role requires continuous growth and development.
  4. Language Proficiency: Be fluent in German and English, both written and spoken, to effectively communicate with clients from diverse linguistic backgrounds.
Requirements
  • Language Skills: Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
  • Customer Success Experience: Experience in Customer Success or similar roles, preferably in SaaS or tech companies.
  • Flexibility: Demonstrate flexibility to serve multicultural customers, adapting to their needs and preferences.
  • Availability: Be available to work Tuesday to Saturday, 3am-11am Eastern Time, accommodating the global nature of our business.
