Enterprise Class Security Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Security Specialist with a background in Computer Science and security solutions expertise. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Walk-Through Metal Detectors (WTMD), Hand-Held Metal Detectors (HHMD), Security Surveys, and Inspection Systems.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Articulate the technology behind our security products, including WTMDs, HHMDs, and inspection systems.
  • Explain the competitive advantages of our products over other brands in terms of performance, reliability, and customer benefits.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for clients, showcasing how our solutions align with their security requirements.
  • Participate in security surveys and site assessments to determine the most suitable product solutions for client environments.
  • Understand and explain the typical security screening process.
  • Collaborate with sales and technical teams to provide product support and training.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in security solutions, particularly involving WTMDs, HHMDs, and inspection systems.
  • Strong technical understanding of electronic security systems and screening procedures.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to assess client needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
  • Willingness to travel for site surveys, client meetings, and installations.

  • Client satisfaction with product recommendations.
  • Timely completion of security surveys and site assessments.
