Lead Finance Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning and Analysis Lead to oversee all financial functions, including management information systems, banking, income tax, sales tax matters, costing, budgeting, and financial planning.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Manager Finance to implement internal controls for all financial transactions and ensure timely production of monthly management accounts.
Key responsibilities include analyzing cash flow and financial statements to identify potential weaknesses, preparing monthly and annual accounts, inventory movement reports, and periodic cash flow statements.
Additionally, the role involves supervising credit/vendor management, cost accounting management, and processes; implementing internal controls relating to finance and accounts; and verifying and filing income tax and sales tax returns.
Job Requirements- ICMA (Stage 4 completed) or MBA (Finance) from a reputable business school;
- 7-9 years of experience in a similar position, with at least 2 years at the same level;
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles;
- Excellent communication and report writing skills;
- Ability to provide regular updates to the Manager/Directors;
- Well-organized with good analytical and time management skills;
- Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
