PakWheels.com is seeking a Business Development Manager to lead the expansion of its insurance and auto finance vertical.

This role requires a visionary leader with experience in consumer banking, insurance, or associated sectors.

About the Role

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing strategic growth initiatives for PakWheels insurance and auto finance vertical.
  • Identifying customers' needs and refining existing offerings, as well as creating new products for the auto finance and insurance segments.
  • Building and growing relationships with key stakeholders in banking, insurance, and corporate segments.
  • Collaborating with marketing and product teams to align outreach strategies and optimize lead generation and nurturing.
  • Collaborating with operations teams to ensure timely and seamless execution of services.
  • Staying updated on automotive market trends, insurance product innovations, and regulatory changes affecting the ecosystem.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A deep understanding of auto financing, auto insurance products, etc.
  • 5-7 years of experience in the consumer banking, insurance, or associated sector.
  • Good knowledge of digital channels, online lead generation, etc.
  • Creative and analytical thinking, data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Graduation/Master's in the relevant field.
