About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to fill the role of Human Resources Officer. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in recruitment and human resources management, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting top talent to join our team. They will also be responsible for preparing organization charts and job descriptions, and conducting organizational design and job evaluation.

The salary range for this position is between 30k to 50k per year, with an additional subsidy bonus of up to 9000. Other benefits include overtime pay and rotational days off on Saturday or Sunday.
