Restaurant Operations Manager

As a key member of the management team, you will play a crucial role in planning and executing menu strategies that delight our customers. This involves working closely with chefs to create menus that are not only flavorful but also popular among our patrons.
- Work with the culinary team to plan menus that cater to diverse tastes and preferences.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to optimize provisioning and purchasing processes.
- Estimate food and beverage costs to ensure profitability.
- Supervise portion control and preparation quantities to minimize waste.
We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager who can ensure consistent high-quality preparation and service standards across all areas of the restaurant. Key responsibilities include:
- Maximizing bar profitability through efficient portion control and accurate charge monitoring.
- Working with other management personnel to plan marketing and advertising campaigns.
- Directing the hiring, training, and scheduling of food service staff.
- Investigating and resolving customer complaints regarding food quality and service.
To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and possess strong problem-solving abilities. Additionally, you should be proficient in enforcing health and safety regulations and maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout the restaurant.
