Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Freelance Recruiter to join our team on a full-time basis. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for analyzing client documentation to extract requirements and crafting tailored proposals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze client documentation to extract requirements and craft client-focused proposals.
  • Collaborate with technical teams and sales to ensure proposal accuracy.
  • Write persuasive, technically sound content including executive summaries, methodologies, and project plans.
  • Customize proposals for varied audiences, emphasizing company strengths and client-specific solutions.
  • Manage proposal timelines and ensure timely delivery while upholding high quality standards.
  • Maintain a centralized repository of proposal assets, templates, and case studies.
  • Integrate industry trends, standards, and best practices into proposal content for competitive positioning.
  • Participate in software requirement gathering to align technical details with client expectations.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to clarify requirements and present proposal content clearly.

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of relevant experience in research, analysis, and IT.
  • Strong communication skills and familiarity with web/mobile tech, AI stacks, and proposal tools.
