Job Title: E-Commerce Manager

We are seeking a seasoned E-commerce Manager to lead the end-to-end operations and strategic growth of our online sales in the US. This includes managing product research, sourcing, listing optimization, marketing campaigns, order management, and performance analysis across multiple platforms like Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Walmart, and Shopify.

  • Manage and optimize US-based accounts on Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Walmart, and Shopify.
  • Conduct market research tailored to US consumer trends.
  • Coordinate product sourcing, packaging, and shipping with vendors.
  • Create high-converting product listings: titles, bullet points, descriptions, images, and enhanced content.
  • Plan and manage advertising campaigns (Amazon PPC, eBay Promoted Listings, etc.).
  • Monitor performance metrics: sales, inventory, reviews, returns, and platform account health.
  • Analyze reports and data to inform pricing, ad spend, and growth strategy.
  • Stay current with platform-specific policies, tools, and best practices.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have at least 2–3 years of experience managing Amazon and at least one of the following: eBay, Etsy, Walmart, or Shopify.

  • Strong knowledge of listing optimization, keyword research, and e-commerce SEO.
  • Experience with advertising tools (e.g., Amazon PPC, eBay Ads, etc.).
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Strong project management and coordination skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with accountability.
Bonus Skills (Nice to Have):

Familiarity with graphic design or photo editing for listing creatives is a plus.

  • Experience managing eco-friendly, handmade, or niche products.
  • Familiarity with US fulfillment models (FBA, FBM, 3PL).
