Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and organized E-commerce Order Coordinator to join our vibrant team. This role involves managing daily order processes, coordinating inventory acquisition, and ensuring seamless operations from order receipt to fulfillment at our US warehouse. This position is perfect for individuals looking to enter the e-commerce field, offering substantial growth and learning opportunities within our agency.

Responsibilities:

  • Process and manage daily orders efficiently.
  • Coordinate inventory procurement from various websites.
  • Communicate with our US warehouse to guide order processing.
  • Ensure end-to-end management of orders to maintain smooth operations and timely deliveries.
  • Handle administrative tasks associated with order management.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in English is mandatory.
  • Strong skills in Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Suite.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • No previous experience required; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
